Position Announcement: Operations Manager

The Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra (GLCO) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven professional to join our team as Operations Manager. This full-time position plays a vital role in managing the logistics that keep our concerts, events, and daily operations running smoothly and efficiently—all in support of GLCO’s mission to inspire, entertain and educate through live orchestral performances.

You will join a passionate and dedicated team that believes deeply in the power of the arts to connect and strengthen community. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who shares our love for music and is ready to apply their skills in logistics, planning, marketing, and operations to support the GLCO’s mission.
